François L. Meynot
François L. Meynot manages the Taxation and International Business Law departments. After having joined and having been co-opted as a partner of Coopers & Lybrand from 1983 to 1990, he established the firm Berlioz Conseils from 1990 to 1993. Following this, he founded the firm MB & Associés.
His preferred legal activities include all matters of Corporate Law, in particular, Taxation, Company Law, support for foreign investments, and project financing.
Heavily involved in certain African countries (Ethiopia, Djibouti, Guinea, Gabon) as well as in countries in the Near and Middle East (Lebanon, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Kuwait), François L. Meynot brings his experience and expertise to various conferences for the advancement of investments in this region.
He notably participated in the African Business Forum in Columbia, Mexico, the United States of America, and France.
François L. Meynot not only practices legal counsel, but he is also an Associated Professor and teaches at the Universities of Montpellier, Dijon, Cairo and Libreville.
