Chiara Botta
Chiara Botta manages the Business Law / Contract Law department and advises legal directors and company managers on a daily basis throughout every stage of the company’s economic and legal life; from their inception to their eventual sale, including the acquisition and sale of business capital, the negotiation of commercial partnerships, equity investments, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, as well as the development of the company on an international level.
Chiara Botta also provides legal advisory services to foreign clients in the area of management and inheritance issues for their estate assets in France.
Concurrently, Chiara Botta teaches at the University of Dijon.
